About us

Who we are

Hop Fibre is the home and business internet brand of Fibre-Net (Pty) Ltd, based in Midrand, Gauteng. We bring fast, uncapped fibre to estates and complexes on open-access fibre networks, and we look after you from sign-up to installation and beyond.

What we offer

Uncapped fibre packages for homes and businesses, a Wi-Fi router if you need one, and simple month-to-month or fixed-term options. Check your address on our home page to see the packages available where you live.

Support that knows your line

Our team can see your line, your router and your account, so we can usually sort out a problem in one conversation. Reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
