How do I sign up?
Check your address, pick a plan, fill in your details, sign the agreement and choose how to pay. It takes a few minutes.
What do I pay up front?
The rest of this month (pro-rata) and any connection fee. You see the exact amounts before you sign.
How long does installation take?
Usually a few working days once your sign-up is done. We'll tell you if your home still needs to be connected to the network.
My internet isn't working. What do I do?
Restart your router and fibre box first. Still down? WhatsApp or call us with your account number.
How do I cancel?
Tell us any time. Month-to-month plans need a calendar month's notice.
